Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate 30-50 cases per day and liaise with referring doctors’ offices. You will be a core member of our Front Desk Team and contribute to patient flow and efficiency.

The role requires high school education, at least two years scheduling experience, and familiarity with insurance. You will schedule surgeries, complete paperwork, precertify procedures, and support the front office as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of scheduling appointments and/or surgeries preferred.
• Experience with insurance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and schedule surgeries for multiple physicians.
• Schedule surgeries and coordinate with primary care physicians to ensure histories and physicals are completed.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for each procedure on the physicians’ schedule.
