Qualifications

• Two years of clerical or scheduling experience in a medical setting.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars and coordinate transport.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Schedule medical, psychiatric, dental, and legal appointments.
• Coordinate court dates, evaluations, and attorney visits.
• Assist with staff scheduling and transport calendars.
• Maintain scheduling records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
