Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers and schedules patients accurately and timely.
• Establishes insurance coverage and benefits per patient.
• Answers phones and communicates with physicians, staff and patients.
• Coordinates referrals and alternative resources when needed.
• Provides information on costs, payment options, and insurance verification.
