Job summary

RadNet in Tulsa is hiring Medical Schedulers to schedule medical procedures, answer calls, and manage patient data in the RIS system. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Starting pay is $16.65/hour with an opportunity to advance to as much as $18.62/hour through the tier program. Onsite interviews are scheduled, and shifts are available to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and/or at least 1 year of medical/radiology office work experience (or medical training program/education).
• Strong communication and customer service abilities within a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Properly schedule all procedures and answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Enter accurate information in RIS for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and comment entry.
• Update account information at the point of scheduling.
• Safeguards patient information and complies with privacy standards.
