Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a Patient Services Manager in Tallahassee, FL to coordinate the daily scheduling of tests and treatments, including obtaining necessary authorizations. This role reports to the Patient Services Manager and supports hospital operations across the patient access and billing continuum.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (Associates preferred in Medical Terminology or Health Care Management) and 3 years’ hospital-related experience in access,

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Associates Degree, Medical Terminology or Health Care Management.
• Required: Three (3) years’ experience in Patient Access, Billing, Cash Collections, Insurance and/or Pre-certification in a hospital setting; Preferred: Five (5) years’ experience.
