Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule follow-up visits and return visits for patients.
• Obtain pre-certifications and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Schedule medical tests and procedures for patients.
• Explain procedure instructions to patients for clarity.
• Call patients to schedule procedures and send follow-up instructions.
• Access information from hospital systems using Allscripts and Centricity.
