Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, preferred.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling is preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures across departments.
• Collect, verify, and input referral and patient information accurately.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure continuity of care and optimal utilization.
• Distribute daily schedules to staff and update as needed.
• Communicate equipment needs and schedule changes to staff.
• Maintain logs of scheduled procedures and follow-up calls.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Provide courteous communication with staff, physicians, and patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
