About the Company: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Staffing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by building strong relationships with healthcare facilities and promoting our staffing solutions. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about sales, understands the healthcare industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.
• Promote the company’s healthcare staffing services, including travel, per diem, contract, and permanent placement.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations to prospective clients.
• Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their workforce demands.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and candidate placement success.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and service agreements in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain CRM records, sales activity logs, and weekly performance reports.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare staffing or medical services.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing needs and the recruitment process.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
