Job summary

Blackstone Medical Services seeks an experienced field sales representative to maintain and grow referrals among healthcare providers across New Orleans/Lafayette, LA, Baton Rouge.

You will focus on building relationships with PCPs, ENTs, Cardiologists, and other specialists, visiting offices, presenting the value of at-home sleep testing, and supporting partners with lunch-and-learns and continuing education. Territorial on-the-road role.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of medical sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with physicians and staff.
• Must reside in the designated market (New Orleans/Lafayette, LA, Baton Rouge).

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians’ offices to develop referrals and maintain accounts.
• Conduct lunch-and-learns, breakfasts, and other partner education events.
• Promote the company’s at-home sleep testing services and brand to healthcare partners.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and organized individual as a field sales representative who will maintain and grow existing accounts and bring in new referral business with healthcare providers, including PAs and NPS. This will be through “total office calls” which include referral coordinators, MAs, nurses, and other staff.

The successful candidate will have a history in sales, building strong relationships with physicians and their staff

The majority of your time will be spent calling on physicians’ offices, developing new sources of patient referrals, conducting lunch and learns, breakfasts, and furthering the company brand and value to our physician partners, their staff, and other industry-specific partners, including, but not limited to, Durable Medical Equipment companies.

Staying abreast of the sleep industry and a diligence to participate in constant updates and company training should be important to you as a Medical Sales Professional.

What we are looking for:

• At least two years of medical sales experience
• Driven attitude with competitive background
• Existing relationships with PCPs, ENTs, Cardiologists, and/or other specialists
• Candidates must reside in the designated market

Work Location: On the road servicing the New Orleans/Lafayette, LA, Baton Rouge territory
