Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a remote Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations to oversee day-to-day billing and coding across multiple markets, ensure quality and compliance, and resolve complex operational issues while fostering team development.

You will lead Billing and Coding Supervisors, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle experience with substantial coding and billing operations expertise.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, managing supervisors or frontline leaders.
• Certified Professional Coder (AAPC or AHIMA) required; CPPM, CPCO, or CHFP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and coding compliance principles.
