Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the overall strategy for the Premier Physician Network\'s revenue cycle management, ensuring financial sustainability and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve patient financial services
- Manage billing, collections, patient access, and revenue integrity functions to meet organizational goals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with current healthcare laws and regulations
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and exceptional service within the revenue cycle department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of medical billing operations, including coding, collections, insurance, and patient billing
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team towards achieving operational excellence
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare IT platforms
