Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Medical Response Technician to provide basic protection and emergency medical care while maintaining a friendly, customer-oriented presence for patrons and team members.

Under the guidance of Security Department supervisors, you will patrol, document medical calls, and ensure equipment and supplies are properly managed and replenished. CPR/AED certification is required, with at-will employment and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one year of guest service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security throughout the property.
• Assist in coordination of emergency situations.
• Provide emergency medical care within limits of certification.
• Disinfect and maintain EMS equipment, supplies and treatment rooms.
