Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Medical Response Technician to provide basic protection and medical support to guests and team members. You will uphold a customer-friendly demeanor while handling emergency situations within the limits of your certification.

Responsibilities include responding to medical calls, maintaining EMS equipment, and ensuring compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification and any licenses per federal/state regulations.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security throughout the property.
• Assist in coordination of emergency situations.
• Provide emergency medical care within certification limits.
• Disinfect and maintain EMS equipment and treatment rooms.
• Patrol casino areas and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Document medical calls thoroughly and manage supply inventories.
