Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking a Med. Response Tech Officer to maintain security across the property and provide emergency medical care within certification limits.

The role emphasizes a friendly, customer-focused attitude and requires the ability to coordinate emergencies and document medical calls thoroughly. Responsibilities include maintaining EMS equipment, patrolling casino areas, and reporting equipment or supply issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one (1) year of guest service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, organized and accurate.
• Familiarity with a variety of computer systems and applications.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security throughout the entire property.
• Assist in the coordination of emergency situations.
• Provide emergency medical care within limits of certification.
• Disinfects and maintains cleanliness of EMS equipment, supplies and treatment rooms as per daily assignments.
• Patrols the casino areas to establish a security presence and reports all unusual situations and/or suspicious persons.
• Completes thorough documentation of all medical calls.
• Notifies a Supervisor of any problems with equipment and/or supplies and makes note of supplies that require replenishing.
• Replaces supplies as necessary and reports missing supplies to a Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
