Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking an Account Manager to support customers needing testing, certification, and regulatory compliance services for medical and non-medical products. This role serves as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and project lifecycle, coordinating internally to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate has experience in technical sales and account management, plus knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in account management, business development, technical sales, or CRM.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic product compliance requirements.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, quotations, proposals, and opportunities using CRM and project management systems.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, virtual meetings, and web channels.
• Recommend certification, testing, and compliance solutions based on requirements.
• Meet with customers virtually and onsite to understand technologies and timelines.
• Develop and grow customer relationships across TUV SUD's service portfolio.
• Coordinate with engineering, laboratory operations, and project management teams.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer records in CRM.
• Support project initiation and transition from sales to execution.
• Communicate project status updates and regulatory requirements to customers.
• Build knowledge of domestic and international regulatory and certification requirements.
