Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida in Fort Myers is seeking a Full-Time Referrals Assistant to join our Administration team. Monday through Friday, Day Shift, responsibilities include handling referral requests and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

You will record information into our patient management system, support Referral Specialists with daily operations, and uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality while maintaining high data-entry

Formación

• One year of medical office experience or a combination of education and office experience required.
• Prior medical referral experience preferred.
• Experience working in a high volume office environment.
• Great attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to handle all interactions in a professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers
• Review and track referral requests for the Referrals department
• Assist Referral Specialists with day-to-day operations
• Record information accurately into our patient management system
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
