International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a Medical Referral Specialist - PACE to provide office and administrative support, greet and coordinate patient referrals, and assist with insurance screening. You will process referrals, serve as liaison among participants, caregivers, providers, and insurance representatives to ensure seamless care coordination.

A high school diploma and one year scheduling experience in healthcare are preferred; EHR experience and knowledge of medical

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year scheduling experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and coordinate patient referrals.
• Assist with insurance screening and processing referrals.
• Perform general office duties and liaise between participants, caregivers, providers, specialists, and insurance representatives to facilitate care coordination.
