• Process pre-certifications/authorizations and referrals for accuracy.
• Pre-register patients for upcoming visits and confirm appointments.
• Communicate with patients, guarantors, providers, and insurers per HIPAA.
• Maintain electronic health records and documentation of referrals.
• Support referral workflow and follow-up protocols as directed.
