Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Service field with 2 years full-time, accumulated MH/DD/SAS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a field other than Human Services with 4 years full-time, accumulated MH/DD/SAS experience.
• RN license in North Carolina with 4 years MH/DD/SAS experience.
• Master's degree in Human Services field with 1 year full-time post-graduate MH/DD/SAS experience.

Responsibilities

• Capture referrals in EMR system via fax, QR codes, calendars, walk-ins, phone, text.
• Coordinate scheduling of referrals for youth and services.
• Verify client demographics and current insurance information.
• Develop relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Attend community events to learn trends and build industry partnerships.
• Communicate with referral sources before intake and post intake status.
