• Anticipate the surgeon's next instrument during Work-Life Balance cases, tray laid out in order of use.
• Position and monitor patients through Telemetry Monitoring therapy, watching for reactions in real time.
• Build rapport with anxious patients before Oxygen Therapy procedures, lowering both pulse and fear.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Push fluids, titrate drips, and recalculate rates as the patient's condition shifts hour to hour.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout each shift.
