Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to manage electronic and paper medical records. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely documentation and communication across the care team to support our mission of exceptional patient and family support.
The position requires attention to detail, strong typing (50 wpm), and proficiency with Word and Excel; a collaborative, patient-centered approach is essential.

The Medical Records Specialist is the primary owner for management of medical records, both electronic and paper. This role plays an extremely important part in communicating effectively team personnel, with the continued goal of fulfilling Suncrest’s mission in providing the highest quality of care and customer service.
