Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI associate to process medical record requests at our The Dalles, OR site. You will handle intake, organize documents, and respond to inquiries from patients, insurers, and attorneys.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests per policies; ensure privacy.
• Manage patient health records and respond to requests.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with walk-ins.
• Document information on multiple platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support administrative duties as needed.
