Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI Associate to process all releases of information (ROI) for medical records. You will handle patient records with privacy in mind, coordinate with providers, insurance, and attorneys, and use multiple platforms to track requests.

This role requires attention to detail and strong communication. Location is Covington, WA, with standard M-F hours and benefits including PTO, health/vision/dental, 401k with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to commute to Covington, WA.
• Process ROI requests accurately while protecting patient privacy.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests per company policies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document information across platforms using multiple monitors.
• Answer calls from patients, insurers, and attorneys.
• Prepare new patient charts and assemble medical records.
• Ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Schedule pickups and assist with administrative tasks.
