Datavant is the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare. This entry level role sits onsite in Austin, TX and processes all release of information (ROI) requests to deliver timely, accurate records while safeguarding patient privacy.

You will handle medical record requests, maintain confidentiality, learn our facilities software, and contribute to a high-volume production environment. The role offers full benefits and growth opportunities across Datavant nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clerical skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a high-volume production environment.
• Medical office experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within Datavant.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests in accordance with policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies.
• Inform manager of workflow and volume fluctuations.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
