Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry level ROI associate responsible for processing medical record requests accurately and efficiently. You will ensure HIPAA compliance, safeguard patient privacy, and maintain records per policy.

The role requires strong customer service skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Bellevue, WA, with standard Mon-Fri hours; full benefits and growth opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Able to work in a high-volume production environment.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow with Datavant.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per Company and Facility policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies; inform manager of issues.
• Assist with additional duties as required; manage HIPAA compliance.
