Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI associate to process medical record requests and ensure HIPAA-compliant releases. This onsite Bellevue, WA role starts with standard business hours and offers comprehensive benefits, including PTO and a 401(k).

You will handle patient information with strict privacy protections and provide quality customer service in a busy environment. You will receive and organize health information, respond to requests, and assist with general office duties while growing

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within Datavant.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software.
• Responds to requests for patient records, both within the facility and by external sources, retrieving them and transmitting them appropriately.
• Answering of inbound/outbound calls.
• May assist with patient walk-ins.
• May assist with administrative duties such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry.
• Other duties as assigned.
