Job summary

AllHealth Network in Englewood, CO seeks a health information professional to manage release of information, ensure privacy and security of medical records, and support audit and reporting processes. You will interact with clinicians and staff, maintain EHR access, and uphold confidentiality standards.

The role requires at least two years of medical office or secretarial experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong data entry skills. On-site work across network locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate level Health Information Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Registered Health Information Technician preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR navigation.
• Strong data entry, spelling, grammar, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Follows release of information practices for all Protected Health Information.
• Serves as key contact for clinical providers regarding release of information to external parties.
• Acts as SME for medical records policies and regulations related to release of information.
• Ensures quality of medical records by auditing and guiding users.
• Supports health information documentation flow processes including Certifications and Disability requests.
• Uses Office tools to create, enter, and pull reports from audit databases; shares findings with leadership.
