Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration as per state requirements; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 1+ year of related experience; advanced degrees may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medication records for facilities and residents.
• Serve as liaison between operations and clients regarding record-keeping.
• Update MARs and physician orders monthly; print and route as needed.
• Troubleshoot eMar issues and coordinate with prescribers and facility staff.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions and related tasks.
