East Tennessee Pharmacy Services, a Guardian family member, seeks a Pharmacy Technician in Knoxville, TN. You will enter prescriptions, triage faxes, and ensure accurate notes while delivering compassionate service to customers.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required per state.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state; National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Maintain proper notes and cycle fill coding in the system.
• Calculate and verify correct dosages.
• Respond to customer calls with care and courtesy.
• Route calls to ensure top-level service.
• Complete assigned prescriptions within shifts.
