Guardian Pharmacy Services in Knoxville, TN, invites you to join our team as a Pharmacy Technician. You will support facilities with medication records, prescriber coordination, and MAR management in a fast-paced LTC-focused environment.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for all new LTC-experienced hires, paid after 12 months of service. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB).

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain facility profiles in QS1 and create new admit profiles.
• Develop and maintain contact with facility staff to route service issues for timely resolution.
• Create and implement Standing Orders or MAR printing options in QS1 as requested.
• Navigate eMar platforms to troubleshoot and resolve problems with customers.
• Maintain continuous prescriptions with prescribers and facility staff for residents.
• Update monthly MARs and PO’s for facilities.
