Responsabilités

• Keep sterile fields intact during bedside procedures and anticipate needs.
• Track patient outcomes and contribute to clinical reporting.
• Conduct patient intake, vital signs, and preliminary assessments.
• Demonstrate Fall Prevention techniques to families before discharge.
• Calibrate equipment and log quality-control checks every shift.
• Phone results to ordering physicians and read back critical values.
• Verify patient identity, allergies, and medication reconciliation.
