Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident medical records in accordance with regulations.
• File and thin resident medical records.
• Photocopy and fax forms as needed.
• Place physician orders on current records.
• Remind responsible parties of upcoming appointments.
• Follow up on appointments and check charts for progress notes.
