Giving Home Health Care in Albuquerque seeks a CoE Coordinator to manage medical records, impairment rating preparation, and stakeholder coordination. You will ensure timely records processing, scheduling, and clear communication with ARs, IR Physicians, and care teams to support patient benefits.
You’ll review records with clinical insight, organize documentation packets, and maintain accurate IR progress tracking.

The CoE Coordinator integrates responsibilities within the patient development process, focusing on the efficient handling of medical records, timely completion of impairment ratings, and seamless coordination with stakeholders. This role plays a pivotal part in coordinating communication with Authorized Representatives (ARs), IR Physicians, and all stakeholders, ensuring seamless service coordination and advocacy for patient benefits.
$21 - $23 an hour
