Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field preferred
• 1 to 3 years of healthcare experience, proficiency in EMRs, and medical content interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is required

Responsibilities

• Initiate Medical Record requests and review records using clinical expertise.
• Coordinate testing orders from IR or PCPs for impairment rating appointments.
• Review, process, and organize medical records ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Inform patients of scheduled impairment ratings and provide reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes.
• Generate documentation to track IR progress and program effectiveness
