Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, and files clinical reports in health records following guidelines.
• Enters and tracks data in software systems; maintains and reconciles records.
• Assembles patient records and routes them to appropriate areas.
• Greets patients and staff, answers calls, and provides general information.
• Handles release of information requests and ensures compliance with policies.
• Supports daily front office and billing activities.
