Ohio Surgery Center is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Processor to support administrative, billing, and clinical documentation operations. You will input patient records, surgical data, and departmental forms with high accuracy, and verify information for completeness.

This role offers flexibility to work onsite or remotely, with routine data quality checks and collaboration across clinical, scheduling, and billing teams to maintain HIPAA-compliant records and productive workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in data entry, processing, or admin roles.
• Strong typing and high data accuracy.
• Experience with medical records is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input patient records, surgical data, and billing information.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and correct discrepancies with clinical, scheduling, and billing teams.
• Maintain databases and electronic records with attention to detail.
