Martha & Mary in Poulsbo, WA is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to manage electronic and written records, ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance, and support clinical and billing staff. This is an onsite role with a wage range of $22–$28 per hour, based on experience.

You will audit records, train staff on coding compliance, and help develop policies to maintain secure, standardized information while upholding resident-centered care.

Formación

• Associate degree or certificate from a coding/health information program, or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Certified coding credentials preferred; experience with ICD-9-CM and CPT coding, healthcare EHRs, and knowledge of MDS.

• Record management: secure electronic and written medical records and troubleshoot issues.
