Qualifications

• 1 year of medical record documentation review, diagnosis coding, and/or auditing.
• CPC or CCS-P credential required.
• Experience with ICD coding and CMS risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure codes are supported by clinical documentation and compliant with regulations.
• Perform self-audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
