The Medical Coding Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records and assigning accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes in accordance with regulatory and hospital guidelines. This position ensures coded and abstracted information is entered accurately into the electronic health information system to support revenue cycle operations, internal reporting, and required regulatory reporting.
