Qualifications

Responsibilities
Assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes to inpatient and outpatient records.
Abstract pertinent information into the hospital information system.
Maintain a daily productivity log.
Interact with physicians to confirm documentation.
Achieve a minimum of 98% accuracy and 95% productivity rate.
