Centurion Health, Farmington Correctional Center in Farmington, MO, seeks a full-time Medical Records Clerk to manage offender health records and respond to health-record requests, alongside general clerical duties. The position supports continuity of care within a correctional healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CPR/BLS certification, and data-entry skills; medical records or administrative experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support Certification.
• Medical Records/Mental Health/Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred.
• Computer/Data Entry experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and maintain offender health records.
• Respond to requests for health records.
• Perform clerical duties and coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure accuracy and continuity of care.
