Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk for Farmington Correctional Center in Farmington, Missouri. You will initiate and maintain offender health records, respond to health records requests, and perform clerical duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of medical office experience preferred, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred.
• Computer/Data Entry experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and background check).
• Shift: Monday–Friday, Days, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain offender health records.
• Respond to requests for health records.
• Perform clerical duties to support health services.
• Work closely with healthcare staff to ensure record accuracy and continuity of care.
