Job summary

Centurion seeks a Full-Time Medical Records Clerk to join the team at Roxbury Correctional Institute. The role involves maintaining offender health records, retrieving files for appointments, and initiating records for new intakes in a day shift. Experience in medical records is preferred, with CPR/BLS certification as a plus.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or Bachelor's degree (RHIA/RHIT preferred). Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical terminology course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain offender health records and retrieve records for scheduled appointments.

• Review records for completeness and file as required.
• Prepare reports and support data extraction as needed.
