The role of the Medical Records Clerk is to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and privacy of all client’s medical records. This position involves record control, client registration, insurance verification, release of information, HIPPA regulations, customer service, and processing legal documents and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for routing and maintaining all medical information.
