Solis Mammography is seeking a Medical Records Clerk in Texas to compile and verify patient records while safeguarding confidentiality. You will coordinate with clinicians, patients and staff to ensure accurate documentation and timely release of records.
The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and basic MS Office proficiency, with healthcare or customer service experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard M-F hours.

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for compiling, verifying and assembling patient records with a legal responsibility to safeguard these documents when in our custody. Must work effectively with physicians, patients and Team Members, public and external agencies, setting the standard for exceptional patient care. This position is critical to Solis Mammography; by providing outstanding patient care and maintaining the flow of the center, the Medical Records Clerk impacts the profitability of the organization.
