Centurion is seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk at Hill Correctional Center in Galesburg, IL. You will maintain offender health records, retrieve records for appointments, file data, and initiate records for new intakes.

The role requires a high school diploma or bachelor's degree, CPR/BLS certification, and potentially RHIA/RHIT; a background check is required, and shift is 7 AM–3 PM, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• RHIA or RHIT certification preferred but not required.
• Prior experience with medical records and services.
• Completion of a medical terminology course preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Hill Correctional Center located in Galesburg, Illinois.The Medical Records Clerk maintains offender health records, retrieves health records for scheduled appointments, files offender health data, initiates records for new or transferred intakes.
