The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in personal injury medical records/billing, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong customer service and clear written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal injury medical records/billing experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable in an office environment.
• Strong customer service and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage heavy workload in a fast-paced setting.
• Full-time availability, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
• Legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request and gather medical and billing records for each case.
• Confirm charges, balances, and ensure providers have up-to-date insurance details.
• Handle calls and communications with clients, providers, and insurers; maintain case files.
• Data entry and coordination with team across active cases; ensure timely updates.
