Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter patient demographics and insurance data into the EMR and practice management system.
• Answer phones quickly and courteously with approved etiquette.
• Coordinate referrals and diagnostic orders with patients and providers.
• Obtain insurance authorizations as appropriate and track status.
