Join a collaborative, fully remote environment that values reliability, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Accountabilities

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and accessible case files using Filevine or similar case management systems.
  • Prepare medical chronologies and summaries using approved AI tools to support efficient case preparation.
  • Follow up with medical providers and other relevant parties to obtain requested records, bills, and documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with clients through email, SMS, and phone, addressing inquiries and providing appropriate follow-up.
  • Handle incoming calls during assigned coverage periods, managing a moderate volume of approximately 6–15 calls per day.
  • Support attorneys, paralegals, and other legal team members with daily administrative tasks and case management activities.
  • Assist with demand package preparation, legal document drafting, and the organization of key medical and case materials.

  • Previous experience with Filevine is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, including the ability to draft clear, professional client correspondence and support legal documentation.
  • Strong client communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously by phone, email, and SMS.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling medical records, bills, balances, case files, and sensitive documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records in a structured legal environment.
  • Willingness to learn personal injury case management procedures and progressively take on more advanced responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with case management software, virtual communication platforms, and digital document management tools.
  • A collaborative, dependable, adaptable, and service-oriented approach to supporting attorneys, paralegals, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity, professionalism, and consistent communication with a US-based team.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT), adjusting to daylight saving time as applicable.
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential.
Benefits
  • Monthly compensation: USD 1,220–1,320.
