The Medical Receptionist, Urgent Care provides reception and clerical services under the supervision of the practice manager and physician(s) for the patients and visitors of the practice. These services may include billing, collections, referrals, appointments, patient contact, and general secretarial duties. Must be willing to travel within 30 minutes of your home, and float to various locations.
The Urgent Care Group has about 20 Providers, but they rotate between all offices. The Brick location has 17 total employees that work here.
For Brick location - we ask if all employees are able to travel to all locations in case we need to help other sites but this does not happen often.
Other Urgent Care offices are Jackson, Tom River, Forked River and LBI
This is a Per Diem position working 16-24 hours per week - Youwill get a schedule 4 weeks in advance and would need to be flexible because we are open 7 days per week.
Office Hours can vary between 8am - 8pm- Monday thru Sunday. It requires alternating weekends and holidays. **Must be flexible to work any of these hours and days.
